Carving
The only carving project I've documented and is currently in
progress is a full size, outer row carousel horse. The horse will be
finished carved and detailed in the Philladelphia style and will reside
in our livingroom when completed. I finally have had time to
spend on this project, as shown in the right photo. Some evenings I can
carve for hours and at other times haven't a clue what to do next after
only ten minutes. This has turned out to be the hardest project I've
ever undertaken! Any instructional comments are welcome as this is my
first horse (and maybe my last).
